Terms and Conditions Policy

Welcome to England English Coaching Center (“we,” “our,” “us”). By enrolling in our courses, using our website, mobile applications, or accessing any of our services, you (“student,” “parent/guardian,” “user”) agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registration.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all students enrolling in coaching programs at England English (“Institute”). By enrolling with us, visiting our website, using our online platforms, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to the practices described in this Terms & Conditions Policy. 

1.1 Course Validity:
The Institute offers courses with varying validities, which are either 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the selected coaching program. The course validity is fixed based on the program chosen at the time of enrollment.

1.2 Course Timings and Schedule:

  • Classes will be conducted according to the schedule provided by the Institute.
  • The Institute reserves the right to alter the course schedule or timings, with prior notice to the student.

1.3 Joining Online Classes via Zoom:

  • Full Name Requirement: Please ensure that you join all classes using your full legal name as it appears on your registration. This will allow the instructor and support team to identify you easily.
  • Zoom Meeting Link:
    • You have to use the same Zoom meeting link and details for every class. Please make sure to join using the link provided.
    • Always join the class at least 5 minutes early to ensure that your connection is stable.
  • Video Camera Requirement:
    • Video cameras must be ON during the class. We encourage you to attend with your full attention.
    • The video camera is required to monitor attendance and ensure student participation.
  • Technical Issues:
    • Please make sure your device (phone, tablet, or computer) is capable of running Zoom and has a working camera and microphone.

2. NO Refunds are allowed – “NO REFUND POLICY”:

  • All payments made are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the student completes or attends the classes.
    This includes, but is not limited to: Course fees, registration charges, assessment fees, or any other payments.
  • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including: Change of mind, change in personal schedule, or non-usage of services. Technical issues from the student’s side (such as internet connectivity, device failure, etc.).
  • By enrolling, students acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

2.1. NO Returns Policy

  • All courses, coaching sessions, and study materials (digital or printed) purchased from England English Coaching Institute are non-returnable.
  • Once enrolled, students are granted immediate access to resources and services, which cannot be returned.

2.2. NO Shipping Policy

  • England English Coaching Institute does not provide any physical shipping of products.
  • All services, including courses, coaching, and study materials, are delivered digitally (online classes, e-materials, PDF notes, practice tests, etc.).
  • Any printed study material, if provided, is distributed only during in-person sessions at the institute premises (if applicable)

3.1 Use of Course Materials:

  • Course materials provided by the Institute are intended solely for the student’s individual study and academic use.
  • The student agrees not to distribute, reproduce, or use the materials for any other purpose outside of personal study, including but not limited to selling, copying, or sharing with non-enrolled individuals.

4.1 Expected Behaviour:

  • Students are expected to maintain a high standard of discipline, respect, and professionalism throughout the duration of the course.
  • Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior, including harassment or bullying, will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

4.2 Classroom Etiquette:

  • Students should be punctual, actively participate in classes, and respect their fellow students and instructors.
  • Mobile phones should be set to silent mode during lessons unless required for academic purposes.

5.1 Termination by the Institute:
The Institute reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment if they breach any of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to failure to maintain proper conduct or non-compliance with attendance requirements. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

5.2 Termination by the Student:
If the student decides to withdraw from the course, they may do so at any time. However, as per the Institute’s No Refund policy, the student will not be entitled to any refund for the remaining course duration.

5.3 Extension of the Course: There are no extensions after the said validity period. Make sure to complete all assignments and attend all required classes within this timeframe.

5.4 Rejoining for the Course: Upon completing the validity of the course, you may re-join for the course, if you want to continue further. And is subjective to the Institute’s approval.

6.1 Amendments to Terms:
The Institute reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students, and continued participation in the course signifies acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

7.1 Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
