ClassesHow do I enrol in a course?
Pick the program that fits your test on the Test Prep page (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT and more), click "Enrol Now" and pay through the secure portal. You can also visit our Hyderabad or Mangalagiri offices in person. The library and dashboard unlock the moment payment is confirmed.
ClassesAre online classes available?
Yes — every program runs in both online and offline mode with the same trainers. Online sessions are conducted on Zoom or Google Meet, and you get the recordings, full digital library and progress tracker inside the portal.
ClassesHow do batches and schedules work?
We run morning, afternoon, evening and weekend batches. Once you enrol you pick the slot that fits, and your timetable shows up on the dashboard. You can switch batches once during the program if your schedule changes.
BillingWhat payment methods are accepted?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards, net banking and bank transfers. Online payments go through Razorpay and PhonePe with SSL encryption. EMI is available on select programs.
BillingWhat is the refund policy?
Full refund within 48 hours of enrolment if you have not attended a class. 50% refund up to 7 days from enrolment. After 7 days or 3 attended classes, the program is non-refundable. Study-abroad service fees are non-refundable once the application has begun.
BillingI need an invoice or receipt — where can I get it?
All invoices are auto-generated and available in your dashboard under "Payments". You can download a PDF copy any time. If you need a GST invoice with company details, raise a ticket below and our finance team will share it within 24 hours.
TestsHow do I register for IELTS, PTE or TOEFL?
IELTS goes through the British Council or IDP, PTE through Pearson, TOEFL through ETS. Our reception desk and your trainer can walk you through registration, picking the best test date and confirming the booking with you.
TestsHow are mock tests scored?
Listening, Reading and the multiple-choice sections are auto-scored instantly. Writing and Speaking are evaluated by certified trainers within 24 hours with band-by-band feedback you can find in your portal under "My Mocks".
Study AbroadWhat does the study abroad process look like?
Free counselling → country and university shortlist → document and SOP/LOR review → application submission → admission follow-up → visa documentation → pre-departure orientation. A counsellor stays with you across all seven stages.
Study AbroadHow do you help with student visas?
We prepare your document checklist, review financial proofs, fill the visa form with you, run mock interviews and book the appointment. We have country desks for the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland and Singapore.
AccountI forgot my portal password — what do I do?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page, enter the email tied to your account and we will send a secure reset link valid for one hour. If you no longer have access to that email, raise a ticket below.
AccountHow do I update my mobile number or email?
Sign in to the portal, open Profile → Account, edit the field and save. For email changes, you will be asked to confirm via a one-time code sent to the new address.
